CrossFit, by design, is broad, general, and inclusive. We focus on all the following components of fitness to ensure a well-rounded fitness regime: cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.
By not specializing in specific movements or exercises we develop each individual’s ability for general physical preparedness and enable our clients to be prepared for anything that comes their way.
